We do not recommend using the LED Massager if the following is applicable to you:

• you are pregnant or undergoing fertility treatments.

• broken skin, or other skin conditions such as rosacea, acne, psoriasis, or eczema.
• areas where the integrity of the skin is damaged (such as burns, blisters, lesions, incision, wounds, active skin disease or infection); or suffering from skin disease or inflammation of the skin, have sensitive skin or an allergic constitution.

• If you feel any discomfort, reduce the setting or avoid that area.
• Do not use device while charging.
• Use device consistently to see results (Recommended use in the morning and/or evening for 5 – 10 minutes a day, do this everyday as part of your skin-care routine).
• The LED Massager is designed for face and neck skincare, please do not use the device for other purposes.
• When using the device on the neck, avoid the centre of throat/thyroid area.

1. Cleanse face and pat dry (DO NOT use on wet skin).
2. Apply face cream/lotion, moisturiser or serum.
3. Turn device on by holding the power button for 2 seconds.
4. Select vibration and massage setting/gears by pressing the mode (M) button lightly. Start on setting 1 and work your way up to 9 depending on your levels of comfort and desired speed of massage and vibration.
5. Move the device in slow, steady motions over the skin (do not use forcefully, glide device in a gentle but firm motion).

• Start at neck – glide device from bottom of neck to chin.
• Then move to the jawbone, extending from the chin upwards towards the ear.
• Then move to the cheeks, start from the nose and move upwards toward the cheekbones/hairline.
• Next, move to the forehead – start from the eyebrow and move in an upward motion towards the top of the head.

6. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn device off.

7. Complete your skincare routine.
